Access to portals and staff tools is granted by Winstone. Keep your sign-in details confidential and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Winstone may suspend access that is misused or no longer authorised.

• Use the platform only for its intended business purpose.
• Do not try to access records, accounts or functions you are not authorised for.
• Do not upload unlawful, false or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not copy or share customer, landowner, payroll or company data outside authorised work.

Project details, unit availability, prices and schedules are shown for information and can change. A unit hold or quotation is not a sale. A booking, price or payment becomes binding only through the signed agreement and official receipts issued by Winstone Properties Ltd.

Make payments only through channels officially provided by Winstone Properties Ltd. A payment counts as received only when it is verified and an official receipt is issued. Winstone is not responsible for money sent to any unofficial or personal account.

The Winstone name, logo, content and platform design are protected. The platform software is developed and powered by TrendFlux Digital. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without written permission.

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Winstone and its technology partners are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law or under your signed agreement.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
